A: Never stop investing in yourself, whether financially or professionally.

A: Keeping up with the constantly changing laws and regulations can be challenging.
Q: Where do you see your industry heading in the next 10 years?
A: Fortunately, we are in Southern California which is a rental market hotbed. This is a double-edged sword. In LA County, it could translate into tighter regulations but the rental market should remain strong for the owners.

A: Treat your property as a true asset and invest in it.
Q: What big projects do you have coming up in the next 12-months either personally or professionally?
A: Our goal is to double our business in the next 12-months through organic growth or acquisitions.
