Q: How long have you been a Professional Real Estate Agent?
A: I got my license in college but 18 years in CA.
Q: What was the first job you ever had?
A: First job was a bookkeeper but the job that helped me the most in my current career was as an International Negotiator. I flew around the world learning different cultures.
Q: What is the most satisfying aspect of your work?
A: Most satisfying is helping the families of the departed deal with the sale of their parents' home.
Q: Explain what you do in five words or less.
A: Save and make people money.
Q: What money (or career) advice do you wish you could give your 18-year-old self?
A: I bought my first home at 17 so I started very young with good advice.
Q: Name one thing about your job that most people would be surprised to hear.
A: We do everything (and for free) from estate sales to cleaning out the home and staging.
Q: Where do you see your industry heading in the next 10 years?
A: More automated but people will still want a great Realtor.
Q: If you could give your clients only one piece of advice what would it be?
A: Don't listen to your friends. Listen to the experts in their field.
Q: What big projects do you have coming up in the next 12-months either personally or professionally?
A: No time for new projects.
Q: Why should someone choose a CPA instead of doing their own work?
A: Same as a Realtor. You can make very costly mistakes by not hiring a specialist in their field.
Q: The mountains, the beach, or the desert?
A: All 3 - I have a home in the mountains and at the beach. The desert is next.
Q: What other interests/hobbies are you passionate about?
A: Love to travel, sing and paint.

A: I lead a team of hardworking, amazing Realtors and have an exceptional staff.
